This is the one piece to buy if you've always wanted to try one, but are too intimidated. It's super flattering and not too low cut so you get the coverage you need. The material is super soft and despite the light colour, it is 100% squat proof.

I love that this crop has a bit more coverage. Great for summer on those stinking hot days when even a singlet is too much but you're not quite comfortable in just a sports bra. Will repurchase in a different colour!!

This sports bra is my go-to. It's so damn pretty and super functional. I've worn it to work on serval occasions when I forgot to pack a real bra after my morning gym session.

These socks added 25kg to my squat and are IPF approved. I wear them anywhere I could be in danger of needing to squat heavy weight (gym, supermarket, sauna etc.)
